Maxus Asset Management provides boutique real estate solutions for investors in the greater Cleveland area. We do not take every property offered to us. We choose the client relationships carefully based on a variety of factors including owner involvement, location of the asset, regional demand, and renovation requirements.
If you don't own a property yet, Maxus maintains affiliate relationships with several real estate brokers who can help find those properties, negotiate the real estate transaction, and provide you with an ideal balance of high quality tenants, investment income and predictive maintenance.

We serve all aspects of your real estate portfolio. We utilize state of the art software provided by RentRoom to collect your rent payments. In addition to maintaining warmhearted relationships with your tenants, we handle all repairs, file rental registrations, provide property inspections and facilitate the property tax payments. After you close your real estate transaction, we manage the POS violations as well as utility payments when there are vacancies. We provide a complete end to end solution for your property assets and serve as a fiduciary to these investments.

Christopher R. Barone
Mr. Barone has been assisting individuals and corporations manage their investment assets for over thirty years.
Mr. Barone began his career in the securities business in the early 1990s serving the needs of the investing public, small brokers and registered investment advisors. After that firm was acquired by Fifth Third Bank in 2001, Mr. Barone operated a regional broker dealer in the Cleveland area specializing in trading and offering a clearing platform for other small broker dealers and institutional investors.
In 2015, Mr. Barone transitioned from the investment industry into real estate, specializing in property management for single and multi family homes in the greater Cleveland area. More recently Mr. Barone has served the needs of small commercial buildings located in the city's suburbs.
Mr. Barone has lived and worked in the Northern Ohio his entire life and knows the real estate markets well. The greatest ratings he has received over his career have been in the form of referrals. Each customer has a specific need, and Mr. Barone recognizes the individuality in each client relationship, and personalizes the property management experience for each owner.
Mr. Barone is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston University with a degree in Economics.
